Mi Feng Shui Musical (Dec-Ene-Feb 14-15)

 

Cada 3 meses hago cambios en mi celular ya sea en fotografías o canciones totalmente nuevas y de diferentes estilos, honestamente me gusta la diversidad de culturas. Prefiero un total de 50 canciones nuevas (al menos para mí) ya que siempre traerán algo nuevo para dejar cosas atrás y no acumular. 

Mi Feng Shui musical al menos de estos cuenta con música electrónica de Calvin Harris junto con Boards of Canada que nos dará música instrumental. Agregue algunos éxitos de Faithless y un poco de Bossa N Artist.

En referencia a cultura Internacional agrege a Ella Endlich con un vals realmente hermoso y Marco Carta con música en italiano. Un poco de música de ALIAS (la serie) como Sarah McLachlan, The Cranberries, Cat Stevens y Peter Gabriel, todas canciones de la Primera Temporada. 

Finalmente algunas canciones relacionadas con el género Lounge como lo son Take my Hand de Dido, Gato Barbieri y Duke Dumont. Ahora canciones relacionadas con mi último quiebre emocional son Problem con Ariana, a veces puede ser como dice “un problema menos sin ti”, Demi Lovato con “Really Don’t Care” que tiene relación con no volver con esa persona que te dejo y después intenta volver. Lily Allen con “URL Badman” es un Dubsteps que hace relación con los hombres malos. “All my Life” de Rosie Thomas me recuerda cuando Vaugh deja Sidney por otra persona y en un momento la letra habla “ojala pudiera conocer tu padre para decirle todo lo que siento por ti” que me recuerda mi última pareja que había perdido a su padre en una edad muy temprana. Steps con “Last Thing of my Mind” me recuerda claramente cuando me dejo de la noche a la mañana y hasta el día de hoy me pregunto “Qué va a ocurrir con todo lo que habíamos planeado, fue lo último que vino a mi cabeza”.

Joni Mitchell también representa parte de mi dolor.

Lista de Canciones para un Excelente Dormir (Dic-Ene-Feb 2014/2015)

 

Les dejo mi lista de canciones que son muy útiles al momento de irse a dormir. Consta de 3 partes la primera música Lounge con palabras los cuales son efectivos si los combinas con ejericios de respiración y relajación. 

Luego en la segunda parte encontraras música del New Age mezclada con Chillout con el fin de lograr una meditación, esencialmente son canciones que no llevan palabras y además que produzcan en tí una sensación de alegría, paz y serenidad. 

Finalmente llegamos a la música Clásica la cual nos brindara la armonia necesaria, es díficil llegar aquí sin antes estar muy relajado y ya durmiendo. El objetivo es lograr el equilibrio necesario mediante los 4 periodos de la música clásica, espero sea de ayuda. Saludosy dulces sueños.

Music To Sleep / Música que me ayuda a Dormir / Parte II

Segunda entrega de música que me ayuda a relajarme después de un intenso día de trabajo con gente, solo trabajo 4 horas pero es agotador. Si te pudiera dar un consejo es que escuches esta música solo al momento de ir a dormir y si puedes visualizar lo que deseas mejor aún. En el caso de Statam Kaur, escuchar su música mientras duermes te hará sentir distinto cuando despiertes, recordar que ella trabaja con mantras que son muy positivos para nuestra mente y alma.
